Bob Medley, CPCU, CIC
An active member of Oklahoma City's civic and business community for many years, Bob Medley has earned the coveted Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations and is a recipient of the Journal Record Insurance Industry Service Award.
He is a Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Oklahoma City, the Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters, Central Oklahoma Chapter, and Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma.
He joined Medley Insurance Service, Inc., founded in 1930 by Thurman R. Medley, in 1960 after receiving a degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
Sandy Salyer, CIC
Vice President
Sandy has been in the insurance industry since 1974 and has received several sales leadership awards in that time. She received her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in December 1988.
Along with her expertise in commercial insurance, Sandy markets and provides service for group health insurance. Actively involved in many civic organizations, she has a strong commitment to community service.
She is the Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Oklahoma City and has served on the Board of the State Association for Independent Insurance Agents. Sandy holds a degree from The University of Central Oklahoma.
Ann L. Diamond
Accounting Manager
Ann joined our staff in June 1978 as an accountant. She has an Associate Degree in Business Management, as well as many years of accounting experience in retail, banking and insurance.
Ann is a tremendous asset to our agency and is always willing to give the extra effort to meet our client's needs.
Lisa Flett Wilson, CIC
Commercial Lines Manager

Lisa has been active in the insurance industry since 1974, accumulating company, agency and accounting experience.
Her global range of knowledge enables her to provide outstanding professional services to our clients, including carrier relationships, pricing negotiations, complex coverage issues, accounting expertise, expedient claims handling, agency management and training.
Lisa is a licensed insurance agent, holds her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, and is actively involved in continuing insurance education.
Cindy Rice
Marketing Director
Cindy joined the Medley/Turrentine & Associates team in February 2008 with over 25 years of experience in OK, TX, NM, KS, GA, NY, PA and NJ. She is a licensed insurance agent with extensive background as a company underwriter, a customer service representative for both direct writers and independent agencies, and as an agency producer.
Her prior experience has helped Cindy develop a vast knowledge of the various facets of the insurance industry. She is also an annual participant in continuing education.
Cindy's friendly, professional and outgoing personality contributes to her enjoyment of marketing new commercial business for the agency. She is a team player, a morale booster, and is willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers each and every time.
Johnni Amparbeng, CISR
Commercial Account Executive
Johnni began her insurance career in 1990 and has wide ranging insurance agency experience in both the wholesale and retail area. She is a licensed Property and Casualty agent, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.
Johnni is currently working on her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and uses her experience and education to provide outstanding customer service for our clients. Her specialty is commercial insurance and her insight and experience help us design and monitor insurance programs to fit the needs of our clients.
Johnni’s pleasant and helpful attitude adds strength to our team of professionals who are in place to handle your insurance needs.

Sue Curry, CIC, AAI, CPIW
Commercial Account Executive
Sue has a varied insurance background of more than thirty years. Her experience includes commercial, personal, health and life insurance. She is skilled in multi-state rating, marketing and customer service.
She received designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 1993, an Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) in 1984 and received her agent's license in 1982. Each of these requires annual continuing education. As a long time member of Insurance professionals of Oklahoma City, she has held various offices and served on numerous committees.
Sue is professional, well organized and you will enjoy her ability to respond to your needs.
Rhonda Gray, CIC
Commercial Account Executive
Rhonda has gathered insurance experience in the Dental, Life & Health, and Property & Casualty arenas, beginning her insurance career in 1988, and joining Medley/Turrentine in March 2011.
She is a licensed insurance agent, received her CISR designation in 2003 and CIC designation in 2008, and remains active in continuing education.
Rhonda's wide-ranging insurance background, and her knowledge and expertise in customer service, gives her the ability to provide cutting-edge service to our clients.
Caitlin Hinman
Employee Benefits Account Executive
Caitlin began her insurance career in 2008 in Nashvile, TN after graduating from the University of Okahoma with a double major in International Business and Marketing, and a minor in Spanish.
She is a licensed Life and Health producer, and joined our agency in 2010 as an Account Executive for our Employee Benefits Division.
Caitlin works closely with all of our benefit clients to ensure their needs are met through her ongoing service fulfillment, and is always helpful and understanding to all employers and employees who need assistance.
Linda Marvin, CISR

Linda has been in the insurance industry since 1997 and has extensive company and agency experience. She is a licensed insurance agent and is working on her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Liz McDonnell
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Bringing a strong background in customer service, Liz joined our agency in February 2011.
She is actively involved in insurance education with future goals of obtaining her insurance license, CISR and CIC designations.

Gaylene joined Medley/Turrentine & Associates in May 2011 as our agency Claims Coordinator, bringing with her over 18 years of insurance experience.
She is a licensed insurance agent and has completed her CISR designation, remaining actively involved in continuing education and current industry policy and procedures.
