Make a Change to My Policy

You may request a change to your policy when it is convenient for you and that may not be during normal business hours. Twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week (24/7) you can email our office with the information concerning changes to your policies. We will initiate the change on the date requested or on the next business day but please remember that no coverage can be effective until we have all the necessary information and have confirmed the change to you in writing or verbally.
The change you request is effective as soon as we confirm it to you and you should receive the endorsement from us or direct from the insurance company within a few weeks. Be sure to call us if you have any questions or concerns.
